cwm-build-tools
cwm-build-tools is the shared build, release, and CI toolchain behind Christian Web Ministries' Joomla extensions — Proclaim, lib_cwmscripture, CWMScriptureLinks, and CWMLivingWord. It is an internal developer dependency (installed via Composer), not end-user software: extension authors use it to scaffold projects, link source into a local Joomla install, bump versions across manifests, and cut releases.
