Proclaim! Support Tickets

Before submitting a support ticket, please take a moment to:

  1. Search the Documentation — many common questions are already answered there
  2. Check the GitHub Issues — your issue may already be reported or resolved

If you still need help, we're happy to assist! To help us respond quickly, please include the following in your ticket:

  • Proclaim version (e.g., 10.2.2)
  • Joomla version (e.g., 5.2.3)
  • PHP version (e.g., 8.3.x)
  • What were you doing when the problem occurred
  • Exact error messages you received (copy/paste is best)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue if possible
  • Screenshots, if they help illustrate the problem

The more detail you provide, the faster we can help. Vague tickets, such as "it doesn't work," will require follow-up before we can assist.
